Free Parkour Sessions!

Team Kinetix have been approached by Chelmer Housing Partnership to run Parkour sessions on the Westlands Estate in Chelmsford. These sessions are free to local under-18's. Come along and try something new!

Kinetix in the Midlands

The Team Kinetix Free Runners performed at the Birmingham NEC today. Our 4-person team of Free Runners and Acrobats kicked off the NTL Telewest & Virgin Media annual conference. Our early morning, high-energy performance certainly woke the audience up!
