Today Team Kinetix Coaches Brad Wendes and Harry Murden will be running an all-day workshop at the Manshead School in Bedfordshire. The sessions are open to all local residents so come on down!

Burnham Classes

The Team Kinetix coaching team will be running Free Running classes all day at the Dengie Hundred Sports Centre in Burnham-on-Crouch. The morning will be for under 12’s with the afternoon open to over 12’s.

More Half Term Classes

Half Term is getting busier this time around. The Parkour and Free Running coaches will be running drop-in workshops today at Meadgate Parish Hall in Chelmsford, Melbourne Althletic Centre in Chelmsford and Blackwater Leisure Centre in Maldon.

Another busy half term ahead for Team Kinetix. The Free Running coaching team will be at Riverside Ice & Leisure in Chelmsford on Monday & Tuesday this week running daytime Free Running sessions.

Irish Dancing Championships

Team Kinetix Free Runners Brad Wendes and Thanda Mutero put on an acrobatic show during the evening celebrations at the British Irish Dancing Championships at Butlin’s in Bognor Regis. Our good friends Kahn & Mitch from Team 101 joined the guys. The evening went well and we look forward to performing this act again.

East 15 Acting School

Term starts again at East 15 this week. Brad Wendes will once again be working with the performance students on the Acting & Stage Combat course as well as they Physical Theatre course this term.
