Nondezvous 1

14th & 15th August

It's come around quickly this year. After all the international hype, Nondezvous 1 is here at last!

For those of you who haven't heard about Nondezvous, you can check out the Facebook Group here: http://www.facebook.com/group.php?gid=140952782581406&ref=ts
Nondezvous was set up to allow practitioners from around the UK to come together and train in the capital FREE OF CHARGE with experienced coaches and practitioners on hand to show newcomers the spots and help with techniques.

What a weekend it's been!
Thank you to the 200+ people that showed up in central London for the largest FREE OUTDOOR Parkour / Freerun jam to date.

When the film's been edited I'll put it on here straight away.
For now, here's some photo memories.

SHOKK Workshops

March 30th 2010

Once again Team Kinetix coaches Brad Wendes and Suzi Appleton have travelled to the North of the country to run Parkour workshops in Warrington, Macclesfield and Crewe over the course of 3 days.
These day-long drop-in workshops are being hosted by SHOKK - www.shokk.co.uk - and all classes are being taught in line with the new SHOKK Parkour coaching guidelines.

For more information in upskilling your fitness or PE staff to teach Parkour or attending a REPS accredited ActiveIQ endorsed training course, contact SHOKK directly.
